How far in advance do I need to book?

Larger grazing tables require 2 days, grazing boxes require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice. If your event is over the weekend, we recommend booking in as early as possible as these fill up very quickly. 

How do I pay?

For Grazing tables: A 50% deposit is required once you receive and accept your quote. Your booking is not officially secured until the deposit has been received. The outstanding 50% is due 2 days prior to your event date. We accept direct deposit payments, PayPal, and Cash. Proof of purchase is also required once payment has been made. 

For Grazing boxes: Full payment is required upon accepting the quote unless specified. 

How does Can Graze work? 

You send through an enquiry outlining what it is you are after, name, event type, how many people, event date, event time. We will complete a quote for you which requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. We arrive at the location 1 hour before event time (table size depending) We bring everything we need. 

What do I need to provide?

On the event day you are required to provide the location, a table, napkins, plates, and bowls if you desire. 

Can you cater for food allergies and dietary requirements?

Sure can! Just let us know when you enquire. We can add food allergies/dietary needs up until 24 hours out from your event. 

What happens if we lose or damage items? 

If tableware, boards, bowls, props etc are misplaced or damages during your event fees will apply for replacements at the full cost of purchasing. 

What happens after the event regarding cleaning up and tableware- props, trays, bowls etc? 

You will need to have all of the items washed and ready for collection. A suitable time for collection with Can Graze will be arranged. 

What happens if we get bad weather? 

We do not provide refunds or offer date reschedule in case of bad weather on your event date. In the event of rain, it is your responsibility to make and alternate arrangement or for-fit your payment. We highly recommend that you have a wet weather plan in place to prevent losing money. 

How do we clean up? 

If you do not require someone to serve at your event it is your responsibility to clean all the tableware- props, trays, bowls etc. prior to collection. All items need to be hand washed and not put in the dishwasher. 

What happens if I cancel my order? 

We understand that sometimes everyday occurrences come up which means your Can Graze experience changes. If you no longer require our services or need to cancel Can Graze a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is applicable. You will forfeit your deposit.
